All art materials are supplied on and offsite along with instruction to complete selected art class. Pop Art and Painted Pet  must upload a pic at purchase which student provides.

What time do I need to arrive for class?

Please arrive on time for classes no need to come early, we will be ready for you.

Is there reserved seating at off-site classes?

If your coming to an off-site class with someone please shoot us an email and let us know who that person is for seating purposes. We try our best to accommodate but can’t always guarantee it.

How many artists can you teach at a time in-studio?

You can schedule for just yourself any Monday through Friday, great for a day off, or bring a friend. Studio max is 4 to 6 people. Over 6 is an in-home party.

Can I bring food & drinks to class?

You may bring food or drink to the studio, but we do not provide refrigeration. Off-site classes at breweries, vineyards and restaurants provide their own options & do not allow outside food & drinks.

How long is a class?

Class typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours to complete your work. Off-site and in-home classes run closer to 3 hours, not including set up and clean up .

What should I wear to a class?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes. We provide aprons for in-studio and in-home parties. We do not provide aprons for off site workshops with over 12 participants . Please make sure you can pull up your sleeves for you might be working with acrylic paint or ink that will stain.

What kind of photo do you need and how do I send it?

Most photos taken with a cell phone work fine as long as they are in jpg format. Make sure they are in focus and well lit. You want your subject looking at you and not in motion. It is not necessary to send more than one photo . You can email or text it but we prefer you upload it directly when purchasing. Please do not use copyrighted material. We also need all photos 3 days before the class date.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We request all classes to be pre-paid and would like a 2 day notice to ensure we are ready for you. Check individual classes for deadlines. If you cancel due to illness you can reschedule. If an off-site event is canceled, you may come into the studio and set up a time to create. If Raye of Light Studio cancels, we will be happy to give you a refund.

What is your photo policy?

Photos taken during class may be used for our marketing purposes. If you’re creating a “surprise” for someone just let us know and we will hold off on using them.

I don't have any artistic talent. Are there classes for me?

All classes are designed for hands-on learning according to any skill ability. This is typically not a large group activity and you will have a lot of TLC ( teach learn create) in-studio because of small class size.
